This was a somewhat unusual matter that had its origin some years back.

As it was resumed recently, the Tkach Law Office did a wonderful job as a whole, conveying to me the updates as they occurred via email attachments, etc, and generally being very responsive to phone calls.

The one area I might suggest improvement in would be returning email requests; they were generally non-responsive in this area. However, it's conceivable that the workload prevented this; further, attention was excellent in response to phone communications.

Additionally, when a new status concerning the case occurred, the office promptly emailed me any relevant documentation or information. This included the conclusion of the case, which worked out highly satisfactorily, I might add.

Finally, in a follow up email to Todd Tkach himself regarding final considerations, he responded promptly and thoroughly, providing me what I needed in the process.

As a whole, especially in the resumption of this case, I was highly satisfied. I felt the integrity--which in my mind is #1--was on target and I was impressed to believe I can trust this law office to admirably perform in the event I have future legal needs.

Helpful and effecient.

Melissa was always helpful when I called, which was only twice. The "MyCase" site was very helpful to stay updated on my case. It took about 10 days after my court date to hear the final out come which was a little longer than I expected. I was a little concerned as I wanted to get everything settled before leaving for the Holidays. But it all worked out in the end and it's nice to be finalized. Certainly was nice to have someone else deal with it for me and me not have to be off work. I'd definitely go this route again if I ever find myself in this situation in the future.
